Meet the Teams

Enterprise Applications 

• The Enterprise Applications team is responsible for development and support of the Datatel ERP system, Campus Cruiser portal system, Moodle learning management system, SQL services and other database-related systems.

Project Management 

• The Project Management office provides oversight and management for large scale I.T. related projects and building initiatives.

Institutional Research 

• The Office of Institutional Research is responsible for providing the university with information that supports institutional planning, policy formation and decision-making, and coordinating responses to external and internal inquiries for university-related information.

Technical Operations Department

• The Technical Operations Department is responsible for the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance and management of networked systems and infrastructure used for the transmission of information in voice, data and/or video formats. The I.T. Services Helpdesk is also part of the Technical Operations Department and is designed to assist end users with technical and functional questions and problems.

Office of the CIO

• The Office of the CIO incorporates the administrative team of the information technology services department and the coordinator of institutional research. This office is responsible for university-wide strategic planning, purchasing, implementation and policy related to information technology.
